Helping people has always been my true calling, and real estate has been the perfect avenue to fulfill that passion since day one after graduating from James Madison University with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a career that aligns so perfectly with my passion. As a lifelong Realtor with over three decades of experience in the central Virginia real estate market, I'm more excited than ever to achieve great things for our buyers, sellers, and our incredible Napier ERA agents. As President & Principal Broker, I work alongside Jim who is in our senior executive role.
